Insurance is hard and Thomas stays with you every step of the way, he’ll stick by and do everything he can to help with figuring out insurance. I have a lot of health issues and experienced a crisis where my insurance got cancelled inadvertently and Thomas helped me set up a plan to be in place of how to fix it and a backup plan in case things fell through and I needed new insurance. After that was thankfully resolved, he assisted again when the COBRA insurance extension I was on really did expire so that I had a new plan in place for a seamless transition and no lapse in coverage. He was supportive & compassionate the whole process and puts his clients first! He makes himself available for his clients and treats them like family - one time I called out of the blue with a question in the evening, he picked up and I could hear from the background noise that he was at an event with family & friends but he still picked up and took the time to talk to me & answer my questions and make sure I was helped!
